“The expansion of the global clothing accessory industry is forecast to reach 4.8% p.a. in the coming years. Between 2007 and 2013 the market increased with an average annual growth of 7.0%. Currently, scarves, shawls, veils, mufflers and mantillas account for 47.2% of the global demand while the remaining market share is divided between belts and bandoliers (17.0%), ties and bow ties (9.5%), handkerchiefs (2.5%) and other clothing accessories (23.7%).
