How soon is the report delivered?
Online orders are processed in real time and the report is delivered electronically via email usually within 1-2 hours of making the purchase. You will first get an automated email confirming the purchase and delivery details of the report and another email when the order gets completed post report delivery. If you make your first purchase over a weekend or holiday, the report will delivered to you on the following business day. You can speak with our representatives at any point during this process for assistance.
Hard copies are shipped via express delivery and normally takes 2-3 business days to reach the customer. You can email us to know about the shipping charges as they vary per customer location.
What are the payment options?

Single user license indicates that the usage of the report is limited to a single user only.
Multi user license indicates that the usage of the report is limited to 5 users only.
