Date: 2015-10-21

On 11 Aug., 2015, the MOA issued document to boost the whole-process mechanization of major crop production, aiming to increase the comprehensive mechanization level of crops to over 68% in China in 2020. Of this, the comprehensive mechanization level of three leasing grain crops – rice, wheat and corn should reach over 80%. In order to advance the whole-process mechanization of crop production, China adopts many measures. For example, China will establish about 500 demonstration counties that achieve whole-process mechanization in advance, promote the finance lease of agricultural machinery and launch experimental unit about agricultural machinery finance lease. At the same time, agricultural machinery enterprises also adopt active measures to comply with the market, namely applying new marketing modes (e-commerce and entity flagship stores) or adjusting product structure.
