The global adhesive demand market was reached record high at 19 million Tons in 2014.
Adhesive, which is any substance applied to the surfaces of materials that binds them together and resists separation. The use of adhesives offers many advantages over binding techniques such as sewing, mechanical fastening, thermal bonding, etc. These include the ability to bind different materials together, to distribute stress more efficiently across the joint, the cost effectiveness of an easily mechanized process, an improvement in aesthetic design, and increased design flexibility.

According to research, within 19 million tons of global demand, 4.75 million tons were required by North America, grew 2.04% compared to 2013; and assumed 4.95 million tons of Adhesive would be demanded in North American in 2015.

Europe also had increased 9.6% growth amounted to 4.7 million tons in 2014 since 2007; research analysts estimate 4.8 million tons for 2015 in Europe.

However, both North America and Europe was not the biggest demand market, Asia was. Benefit From largest population Asia accounted for 44.7% global demand in 2014, which demanded 8.32 million tons of adhesive.
